A new event featured at the 2009 Philipsburg Heritage Days will be the addition of "Dayze Gone Bye Carriage Rides". "Dayze Gone Bye Carriage Rides" originates from the heart of Amish country in Mifflin Country, Allensville, PA just 7 miles south of Belleville, which is famous for their Wednesday flea market and livestock auction.

Dayze Gone Bye Carriage Rides specializes in "Big Valley Tours" from their 41 Water Street residence in Allensville, PA. Their horse drawn carriages feature a unique look into life in days gone by. Days when life was simpler and moved at a much slower pace, we now refer to them as "The Good Old Days".
