Well the 2011 edition of Philipsburg Heritage Days is just a memory. The celebration went so fast, we can hardly believe it is over.
This celebration was our 14Th and the most successful of all Heritage Days celebrations. We set new records for the number of vendors, attendance figures, car show entries and talent for the karaoke contest. All of this is not possible without the support of the many businesses in the area that support Heritage Days along with a number of individuals who want to see this celebration continue and grow. To all of you, we say Thank You for your support.
To our committee members, I would like to express my appreciation for all of the hard work and commitment for excellence you have displayed in your various committee commitments. Without you, there is no Heritage Days. Finally, let’s not forget the Veterans who we honored this past week. Our appreciation, support and prayers for them cannot end. It is important that we remember To Say Thanks--They fought for us.
